Short-Term Goals:
While at SLCC, I am working toward increasing my credits earned which would aid in my transferring to a four year college or university in the near future. I am also very close to achieving an associates in general studies. In the mean time, I would like to learn more about personal finance, accounting, general business practices, and become more competent in many basic disciplines, especially in computer technology, mathematics and the sciences. I have been able in the past to keep a "B" average, but I am striving now to incorporate new skills to be a 4.0 student in every class. I also wish to learn more about communication basics, leadership skills and inter-personal skills as relevant in day-to-day life as well as the workplace.
Long-Term Goals:
After perusing a four year degree and beyond, I plan on entering the workforce in Chemical Engineering. As a well developed hobby, I also see myself writing fiction on a highly educated level. My desire is to be basically competent in most fields, and able to make critical decisions based off of an above adequate education.
